60g 3Bears Poppy Banana Porridge
1/2 banana
1/2 tsp baking powder
150 ml herbal drink
1 tsp dark chocolate drops
1 small piece of dark chocolate


Preheat the oven to 160 degrees bottom/top heat. For the base, put all the ingredients in a small blender and puree them. Pour the mixture into a small ovenproof dish and hide a small piece of dark chocolate in it for the liquid core. Bake the oats in the oven for about 15 minutes. Then let it cool down briefly and enjoy.
