With our Wild Kids Porridge you don't just have to prepare warm porridge, you can also use it for the cold version: overnight oats - just like our other porridge varieties! This is also extremely well received by little adventurers. The wildest creations can be put together with various toppings, such as yoghurt or fruit and, because we know how much kids love our combination of cocoa and banana, we have come up with an overnight oats recipe for children using exactly these ingredients. With extra banana and extra cocoa. For the base, it is of course our Wild Kids Porridge Cocoa Banana!
Ingredients
For 2 servings.
For the overnight oats:
100g 3Bears Wild Kids Porridge Cocoa Banana
200ml 3Bears organic oat drink
For the chocolate sauce:
50g vegan dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp agave syrup (optional)
For the topping:
1 handful of pecans
1 tbsp cocoa nibs
2 tbsp yogurt
1 banana
Preparation
Mix the porridge and oat drink and put it in the fridge overnight (or for at least 6 hours) and let it soak.
For the chocolate sauce, melt the chocolate with coconut oil. Depending on your preference, you can add a little agave syrup if you wish.
Serve the overnight oats with some yogurt, sliced banana, nuts, cocoa nibs and chocolate sauce.
