Ingredients:
For the smoothie base:
- 1 frozen banana (in pieces)
- 100 g frozen strawberries
- 50 g frozen raspberries (optional for extra color)
- 100 ml oat or almond milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds (for extra fiber)
For the topping:
- 2-3 tbsp 3Bears Granola Coconut Cocoa
- Fresh strawberries, halved
- A handful of fresh blueberries
- Optional: coconut flakes or mint leaves for decoration
Preparation:
- Mix a smoothie
Place frozen banana, strawberries, raspberries, plant-based milk, and chia seeds in a blender and blend until creamy and thick. - Pour into bowl
