This recipe looks fabulous on the dinner table in the evening: apple and goat cheese pizza baked with oatmeal! With just the right mix of sweet and salty, it tastes amazing! The recipe from our lovely guest blogger @bikabee brings culinary delights. Have fun baking and enjoy it!
Preparation time: 25 minutes | Walking time: 45 minutes | Baking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for two pizzas:
For the dough:
300g wheat flour50g 3Bears Porridge A hearty classic
1 packet of dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
For covering:
200g sour cream
500g apples
3 tbsp lemon juice
5 spring onions
50g pine nuts
150g goat cheese
olive oil
Salt
pepper
(Honey)
Preparation
- Put all the dough ingredients in a bowl and knead with your hands for about five minutes.
- Cover the bowl with a damp tea towel and let the dough rise for at least 45 minutes.
- Peel the apples, core them and cut them into thin wedges. Mix with the lemon juice in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the spring onions into thin rings and add them to the apples along with the pine nuts. Mix everything together.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, top and bottom heat.
- Divide the dough into two equal-sized balls, knead briefly and then roll both out to about 5mm thick.
- Mix the sour cream with a little salt and pepper and spread it over the dough.
- Distribute the apples, pine nuts and spring onions evenly over the dough and top with thin slices of goat cheese.
- Drizzle a little oil over the pizzas and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Then eat with honey if necessary.
