Ingredients for 2 sheets of cookies:
100g 3Bears Crunchy classic100g 3Bears Cinnamon Apple
125g wheat flour
50g almond flour
150g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
200g butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
For the icing:
1 egg white
2 tbsp lemon juice
200g powdered sugar
Preparation:
-
Finely puree 3Bears Porridge Cinnamon Apple.
-
Lightly toast 50g of the 3Bears Porridge Crunchy Classic oat flakes in a pan and allow to cool.
-
In the meantime, mix all the other dough ingredients together. Then add the toasted oat flakes and knead everything well.
-
Place the dough in the refrigerator for about an hour.
-
Then roll out the dough on a floured surface to about half a centimetre thick and cut out the bears.
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) and bake the cookies for about 15 minutes until they turn slightly golden brown around the edges.
-
Let the cookies cool and now prepare the icing.
-
To do this, beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until foamy.
-
Sift the powdered sugar into the bowl with the foamy egg whites and add the lemon juice. Mix the whole thing with a hand mixer until all lumps are removed.
Now spread the cooled cookies with the icing. This can be done quite precisely with a teaspoon. Then let it harden overnight.
