We don't like to repeat ourselves, but for anyone who hasn't noticed yet, Porridge also tastes pretty nice when savoury. Instead of a plant drink, you simply use vegetable broth to boil, and then it’s topped, so to speak – hearty, of course. Here at the start: spinach, dried tomatoes and pine nuts. Mmm...so nice! By the way, all ingredients are vegan and therefore fit perfectly into your Veganuary.
Ingredients
½ onion
olive oil
300 ml vegetable broth
100g 3Bears Porridge A hearty classic
100g dried tomatoes
100g fresh spinach
10g pine nuts
Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Also cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces.
- Now heat some olive oil in a small pot and sauté the onion with the tomato pieces. Deglaze with vegetable broth.
- Then stir in our hearty classic and continue to simmer until the porridge has a creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the spinach and add it, let it cook briefly at a low temperature. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
