Every four weeks we would like to introduce you to a very special recipe from our fan (Oaty 🐻) of the month. Ingredients
40g 3Bears Pink Berry Porridge
150g Cashew Nuts
40g Pitted Dates
20g Raspberries
100ml Plant Drink
1 Pinch of Bourbon Vanilla
Optional: Chocolate
Preparation
Soak the dates in water overnight. The next day, mix the dates, 3Bears Pink Berry Porridge and 75g cashews into a homogeneous mass. Pour the mixture into a rectangular shape dish, lined with baking paper. For the cream, mix 75g cashews, vanilla, raspberries and your plant drink until creamy. Pour the cream onto the base, top with melted chocolate, if necessary and, ideally, refrigerate overnight.
