But in summer weather, people tend to be reluctant to eat warm porridge for breakfast. We have the perfect solution for you! Oatmeal not only works in the microwave or in the pot, but also in the refrigerator! This is even easier than warm porridge but more refreshing.
The basics: Overnight oats preparation
You need:
- 50g 3Bears Porridge
- 100 ml water or milk
This is how it's done:
1. Mix the mixture of oat flakes and milk or water directly in the storage container or mason jar.
2. Put it in the fridge and let it soak overnight (at least 6 hours).
3. The next morning all you need to do is take the finished overnight oats out of the fridge and enjoy them plain or refine them with toppings.

Overnight oats with a difference - with 3Bears & PROPERCORN

3Bears Poppy Banana with PROPERCORN Smooth Peanut & Almond
You need:
- 50g 3Bears Poppy Banana
- 100ml coconut rice milk
- 1 pack of PROPERCORN Smooth Peanut & Almond
- Unsalted peanuts
- Raspberries
- blueberries
This is how it's done:
1. Take the overnight oats that you prepared the day before from the fridge (see basic preparation above).
2. Fill the first layer of oats into a preserving jar.
3. For the second layer, sprinkle a few raspberries and unsalted peanuts on top.
4. Another layer of overnight oats, drape the popcorn on top and top with a few blueberries and raspberries. Complete!
3Bears Fruity Coconut with PROPERCORN Sweet Coconut & Vanilla
You need:
- 50g 3Bears Fruity Coconut
- 100ml coconut rice milk
- 1 pack of PROPERCORN Sweet Coconut & Vanilla
- mango
- blueberries
This is how it's done:
1. Take the overnight oats that you prepared the day before out of the fridge (see Basic Preparation above).
2. Pour some of the mixture into a mason jar.
3. This time you use blueberries as the second layer.
4. Top up again with overnight oats, then top with popcorn and mango. Enjoy it!
