Chocolate for breakfast?! That's right! And our nutty cocoa is really over the top yummy as a stacked happiness. Instead of classic maple syrup, we have vegan chocolate sauce and hazelnuts on top. In this recipe we use applesauce and banana to thicken it. This means the pancakes are also completely plant-based. Chocolate dreams come true!
Ingredients
125g 3Bears Wild Bowls Nutty Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp applesauce
180ml oat drink
2 tsp oil
Banana
Vegan sugar-free chocolate sauce
Hazelnuts
Preparation
- Grind our nutty cocoa and put it in a bowl with cocoa powder and baking powder.
- Mash the banana, stir or mix with the applesauce, the oat milk and the oil. Add the whole thing to the oat flour mixture and mix well.
- Fry the pancakes in a pan with a little oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with banana, chocolate sauce and nuts.
