Vegane Energie Bliss Balls

Energy balls, bliss balls or energy balls: no matter what you call them, these little round balls are quite something. Our Bliss Balls are the perfect source of energy when you get into a bit of a midday slump, for that extra kick before the gym or simply as a yummy snack in between. With these little Oat Heroes you'll be sure to keep your good intentions. They are vegan, rich in protein and free of industrial sugar. 

Vegan Bliss Balls

Ingredients

200g 3Bears Wild Bowls - Hearty Bircher
40g hazelnuts
20g cranberries
1 banana
3 apples
Optional: 1 teaspoon cinnamon

 

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees top/bottom heat. Peel and core the apples, grate them with a kitchen grater and place them in a large bowl. Chop the hazelnuts finely. Peel the banana and mash it into a uniform, viscous mass using a fork in a deep plate. Wild Bowls - Add the seeded Bircher, banana puree, hazelnuts, cranberries and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the grated apples and mix with your hands to form a dough. Form energy balls approx. 3x3cm in size from the mixture and spread them on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 160 degrees (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.

The Bliss Balls should be stored cool in an airtight container. They last up to a week like this.
