Vegane Tiramisu Overnight Oats mit Schoko-Mandel-Crunch

Who says you can't eat tiramisu for breakfast? Our guest blogger Sonja has conjured up a recipe alternative to the Italian dessert classic with our fabulously delicious new fine cocoa variety. The ideal wake-up call - this breakfast is guaranteed to give you an energetic, chocolatey start to your day.

Ingredients for 2 servings

For the overnight oats

For the chocolate almond crunch

As a topping:

  • Coconut yogurt

 

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the overnight oats together and divide between two small glasses.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a small pan and add a splash of bitter almond flavor.
  3. Add the 4 tablespoons of porridge and the almonds to the pan and roast for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add 3 tablespoons of coconut yogurt to the overnight oats and top with the chocolate almond crunch.

Das klingt lecker und ist es sicher auch!

Frage aber: was meint Ihr mit Kaffeepulver? Gemahlene Bohnen oder Instantkaffee? Sicher letzteres …
