Porridge-Bowl mit Nuss-Topping

Our first limited winter edition with figs, dates and orange peel combined with the winter scent of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and star anise: 3Bears Porridge winter magic! This creation conjures up a cozy, warm feeling in your stomach with exotic fruits and winter spices. Your hearty, delicious treat for the #justright start to the day! It's not just Goldilocks and the Three Bears who are happy! Of course, our co-founder Caroline created a fabulous recipe with it - have fun creating it!

For 2 servings | Preparation time: 15 minutes


100g 3Bears Porridge Winter Magic
300ml whole milk

For the topping:
2 tbsp low-fat quark
2 tbsp 3.8% yogurt
1 tbsp brown almond butter (unsweetened)
1 tsp agave syrup
2 tbsp almond flakes

For decoration:
Thin orange peels, apple slices, cranberries or even cocoa nibs if desired


  1. Mix 3Bears Porridge with the milk in a pot and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Stir until the porridge thickens. While the porridge is cooking, toast the flaked almonds in a pan.
  2. For the topping, mix together a nice creamy mixture using quark, yoghurt, almond butter and agave syrup. Fold in half of the browned almond flakes.
  3. Divide the warm porridge between 2 bowls. Place the nut curd in the middle of each.

Finally garnish with the remaining flaked almonds and the orange peel and apple slices. Drag the spoon through the porridge and enjoy!
