Bake, bake porridge! Today our winter magic porridge doesn't end up in the bowl, instead, we bake delicious coconut cookies in cute bear shapes! Our winter magic is processed into fine winter magic oat flour, which is perfect for baking. The many spices in our Christmas porridge mix make the cookies something very special. The perfect combination: the creamy coconut cream as a filling. One thing is clear: these sweet bear cookies should not be missing from any cookie plate!
The recipe comes from lovely Leni, who has been having fun in her kitchen with our Bakers Bundle. (Instagram: @lenis_backstube )
