Dear porridge friends, the time has finally come! You've been asking us for weeks, months, years when there will finally be a new 3Bears porridge variety and now we can finally share the good news with you... Three kinds of berries are available here in the online shop and in retailers from today!

Of course, we have a recipe for you with the new variety. Enjoy the last days of summer with fresh overnight oats!

Ingredients

15 minutes (excluding rest time) | 2 servings

  • 6 tbsp 3Bears Porridge Three kinds of berries
  • 160ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 40g strawberries, fresh
  • 20g blueberries, fresh
  • 20g raspberries, fresh
  • 4 tbsp yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa nibs
  • 2 stalks of mint

Utensils: bowl, whisk, overnight oats jar, board, knife

Preparation

  1. Mix the porridge with milk and 2/3 of the honey and let it soak overnight in the overnight oats jar.
  2. Picking berries. Wash, dry and quarter strawberries. Cover overnight oats first with yogurt and then with berries. Then sprinkle cocoa nibs on top. Wash the mint, shake dry, pick off the leaves and spread on the overnight oats.

Tip: Simply press some of the berries and let them steep together with the porridge overnight. This makes the whole thing even fruitier!

Hallo liebe Bären,
Euer Porridge-Sorten sind megalecker. Habe sie alle probiert.
Meine persönlichen Favoriten sind die dreierlei Beete, Zimtiger Apfel und fruchtige Kokosnuss. Ich esse das Porridge mit Mandelmilch und Obst als Rolling. Sehr zu empfehlen. Werde selbstverständlich wieder bestellen sobald mein Vorrat zu Ende geht. Freu mich schon auf evtl. neue Kreationen.
