This delicious bread is naturally vegan, with no simple carbohydrates or refined sugar. The use of natural sweeteners (bananas and dates) shows us once again how easy and delicious a balanced diet can be.

The Recipe
Serving: For 1 loaf tin Time: approx. 20 minutes, 60-75 minutes baking time
You need:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup soft dates

1 cup soy rice milk

1 tbsp chia seeds
-
1/2 cup chopped walnuts + about 1 tablespoon more for sprinkling

1½ cups 3Bears Poppy Banana Porridge

1/4 tsp vanilla
-
1/4 tsp cinnamon
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
2 teaspoons of baking soda

Das Bananenbrot ist sooooooooo lecker, hatte es nur mit Haferflocken gebacken.
Es macht süchtig, war ratz fatz aufgegessen , morgen muss ich es noch einmal backen.
