Our Wild Bowls Fine Berry Porridge not only looks beautiful pink in this recipe, it also tastes fantastic. Simply prepare the overnight oats in the evening and let them soak overnight. Topped with two different quark layers, the recipe is a real eye-catcher the next morning. Your feel-good breakfast is now ready. Good to know: There are no limits to your imagination when choosing berries in quark or as decoration. Berry nice!

Overnight oats with quark and blueberries

Ingredients

For 2 servings: For the vanilla curd layer:
  • ½ vanilla bean
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 1 tsp honey
For the blueberry curd layer:
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 100 g low-fat quark
For decoration
  • Berries & coconut chips

preparation

Mix 3Bears Feine Berry with coconut milk and let it soak overnight in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours as overnight oats. The next morning, divide the mixture into two glasses.

For the vanilla curd layer, cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Mix the vanilla pulp with the quark and honey and add it to the overnight oats.
For the last layer, wash the blueberries first. Then puree this with the curd and add it to the first layer of curd. Then decorate the blueberry coconut overnight oats with washed berries and coconut chips.
