Vegan overnight oats with strawberry ice cream

When we think of strawberries, we immediately think of a refreshing strawberry ice cream on a hot summer day. And of course freshly chilled strawberry overnight oats. With this recipe we combine the sweet refreshment with the nutritious overnight oats. We proudly present: Vegan overnight oats with clean strawberry ice cream! A breakfast dream come true that you can eat for breakfast without any regrets. Or on a hot afternoon. Or a warm summer evening. Actually around the clock! The strawberry ice cream consists of only 2 ingredients: strawberries and frozen bananas. The two ingredients go into the blender together and the result is refreshing strawberry ice cream.

Ingredients

For 2 servings:

100 g overnight oats noble strawberry
200 ml oat drink
250 g fresh strawberries
2 frozen bananas

preparation

For the recipe you need 2 frozen bananas. Peel the bananas, cut them into pieces and put them in the freezer for several hours.

As soon as your bananas are frozen, you can start preparing them and mix the Noble Strawberry Overnight Oats with oat drink or a milk alternative in a bowl. Let the overnight oats soak in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime you can prepare the decorations and the strawberry ice cream. For the decoration you need 2-3 sliced ​​strawberries. Cut the remaining strawberries into cubes and puree them with the frozen banana in a blender.

Divide the overnight oats between two glasses and line up the strawberry slices next to each other on the inner edge of the glasses. Finally fill the glasses with the strawberry ice cream and you can start spooning.
