Foodie @anna.culina prepared this magical recipe for us. The delicious tarts are a great breakfast, but also a fabulous treat for the coffee break. Try them out and enjoy our porridge in a different way without added sugar.
The recipe
For 4 tarts
Time: approx. 25 minutes
You need:
- 175g (1 1/2 cups) 3Bears Cinnamon Apple
- 60ml (1/4 cup) coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- Coconut oil for greasing
- Soy yogurt
- Fresh berries
1. First, preheat the oven to 170°C and grease the tart cases (Ø12cm) well with coconut oil.
2. Then melt the coconut oil. In a bowl, mix the porridge mixture thoroughly with the coconut oil and maple syrup (there should be no dry areas left).
3. Then distribute the porridge mixture evenly among the tart cases and press them firmly with a glass or your hands.
4. Now bake the tarts in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
5. Let them cool completely (important!) before removing them from the mould.
6. Finally, spread them with yogurt and decorate with your favourite berries. Et voila!
