Because if you make it yourself, it tastes so much better and is even more wholesome! You can vary it freely as a snack between meals or as a side dish with any meal. With our delicious 3Bears Porridge, every recipe becomes a magical taste experience. And the best thing is: it's very easy and can be prepared in a short time!

This delicious bread is naturally vegan, with no simple carbohydrates or refined sugar. The use of natural sweeteners (bananas and dates) shows us once again how easy and delicious a balanced diet can be.

The recipe

Serving: For 1 loaf tin Time: approx. 20 minutes, 60-75 minutes baking time

You need:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup soft dates
  • 1 cup soy rice milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts + about 1 tablespoon more for sprinkling
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda

That's how it works:

1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
2. Meanwhile, puree the banana, plant milk, chia seeds and dates in the blender.
3. Then mix the liquid ingredients with the porridge, walnuts, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a bowl and let it stand for about 5 minutes so that the chia seeds thicken nicely.
4. Finally, stir in the baking powder, fill it into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and sprinkle walnuts on top.
5. Bake the bread for about 60-75 minutes and test with a toothpick whether the dough is still liquid. If no dough sticks to it, the bread is ready to eat.

Important: Let it cool before you cut it!

    Das Bananenbrot ist sooooooooo lecker, hatte es nur mit Haferflocken gebacken.
    Es macht süchtig, war ratz fatz aufgegessen , morgen muss ich es noch einmal backen.
