Green mango smoothie with poppy banana

3Bears Porridge Grüner Smoothie - Gesund und Einfach

Let's go into the second beautiful week of the year! And? What about the resolutions? If you've also decided to make your life healthier, then this smoothie is perfect for you!

With little sugar - but with lots of good and important nutrients and our fabulous poppy banana. And the best thing about it: You can conjure up this real stimulant in just 5 minutes.

So what are you waiting for? Make yourself extremely strong!

Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes | For 2 smoothies



  1. Grind the porridge a little in a stand mixer.
  2. Peel the mango and banana and cut into pieces. Wash the cucumber and cut into pieces. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and roughly chop into pieces. Wash the spinach, sort it and spin dry.
  3. Place the fruit and vegetables with the porridge, coconut water and lime juice in a blender and puree very finely.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, mix in some water. Serve smoothie in bottles or glasses.
