But that is not all! Our granola is not only incredibly delicious, but also naturally sweetened with dates and 100% vegan. So you can enjoy it safely without having to worry about added sugar or unhealthy additives. And the best part? We developed the granola in collaboration with influencer Sarah Harrison . 💙

What is Granola?
Granola is a crunchy and nutritious muesli mix with toasted oat flakes as a base. It is a healthy breakfast or snack that is rich in fiber and protein. Often served with yogurt, milk or plant-based drinks, granola offers a delicious crunch and sweetness.

This is what influencer Sarah Harrison says about the granola she created with 3Bears: “I was looking for a super tasty, crunchy granola without processed sugar for ages. Unfortunately, it's really hard to find something like that. That's why I'm particularly proud that I developed two such fantastic varieties together with 3Bears! You will see that my granola tastes like it was homemade and is wonderfully varied. Try it with yoghurt and fresh fruit or just straight from the pack!”

Why did you decide to launch a product with 3Bears?
In the past I have often worked with 3Bears on collaborations. 3Bears shares my passion for high-quality food that is not only delicious, but also wholesome. That's why I was so excited about the idea of developing a granola that combines exactly these two components - it's made entirely without industrial sugar and tastes like it was homemade!
What makes your granola so special?
Definitely the unique combination of the crunchy taste and the natural ingredients. It really tastes like it came straight from my own oven because we place particular emphasis on quality and taste. Our recipe is free of processed sugar, making it a perfect option for all granola lovers who eat consciously. I'm really addicted to it and I'm so excited to hear how you like it!
How do you like to eat granola?
I love it as a topping for my yogurt or simply as a snack straight from the package. It's just so crunchy and versatile! You can also use it to refine baking or desserts, for example.
Do you tolerate the granola well despite your previous gluten intolerance?
Yes, I personally tolerate my granola very well, even though I previously suffered from gluten intolerance. My levels are now back to normal and I can eat gluten again without any problems. Nevertheless, I remain conscious of the quality of my diet and choose my products carefully. Even when I had a gluten-sensitive gut a few months ago, I tolerated my 3Bears Granola without any problems. In general, I've never had any problems with tracks.
Our tip from the 3Bears team : Gluten intolerances are very individual!
The oat flakes that we use for our granola do not naturally contain gluten. However, during the cultivation and further processing of the oat flakes, mixing (cross-contamination) with other types of grain containing gluten occurs. The gluten content in oatmeal is not high, but it is not zero either.
In order to have absolute clarity, we would always recommend that you consult a doctor or nutritionist.
Where can you buy your granola?
You can buy my granola in the 3Bears online shop, but also in stores, which makes me very happy! From October 30th My granola will be available EXCLUSIVELY in all Müller branches in Germany and Austria!
