Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

If colorful leaves and Halloween immediately make you think of pumpkin spice, this recipe is made for you. Our Pumpkin Spice Mix brings the trendy spice mixture directly into your overnight oats jar with dates, apricots, cinnamon and nutmeg. Because we think it's so good that it's too good for coffee and cake alone. These overnight oats will bring color into your gray autumn routine (and your Instagram feed).

Pumpkin spice overnight oats

Ingredients

base 
50 g pumpkin spice organic porridge 
100 ml plant drink 
2 tbsp pumpkin puree 
100 g plant-based yogurt 
½ tsp pumpkin spice spices or cinnamon 

preparation

Mix the pumpkin spice organic porridge with 100 ml of plant-based drink and 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree in a bowl and layer alternately with half of the plant-based yoghurt in a glass. Place covered in the refrigerator overnight. Before serving, top with the remaining plant-based yogurt and a little pumpkin spice or cinnamon.
