Summery overnight oats

Sommerliche Overnight Oats

Our guest blogger Bika loves getting up early in the morning and making a delicious and healthy breakfast instead of having to eat something unhealthy in a hurry - especially now in the summer when it gets light so early. Today she would like to inspire you to freshen up our porridge for summer. She chose our already fruity, berry variety Dreierlei Berry and combined it with other fruits as well as almonds and a little maple syrup. We think it's a great combination - a balanced start to the day is guaranteed!

Ingredients

For one bowl | Preparation time: 10 minutes | Cooling time: at least 6 hours

50g 3Bears Three Kinds of Berry
150g milk or milk alternative
5 tbsp applesauce
2 large plums
1 lemon
Almonds
maple syrup
Goji berries

preparation

  1. Mix 3Bears Porridge with the milk in a bowl. Place in the refrigerator and let it soak overnight.
  2. The next morning, chop a handful of almonds and roast them briefly in the pan.
  3. Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice out of one half.
  4. Add the applesauce, lemon juice and maple syrup and mix in gently.
  5. Cut the plums and the other half of the lemon (of course remove the lemon peel, I left it on for the photo).
  6. Decorate the porridge bowl with plums, lemon, almonds and a few goji berries.
