Vegan berry granola

Veganes Beeren Granola

Boost your breakfast routine with our vegan berry granola. Our recipe does not contain any refined sugar. It's already sweet enough thanks to the high fruit content in our Wild Bowls - Fine Berry Porridge and the goji berries. The granola is a great topping for smoothie bowls or simply tastes nice with oat drink and fruit. When stored in a storage jar, the granola also looks pretty stylish. Perfect for the gram!

Berry granola

Ingredients

300 g Wild Bowls - Fine Berry
60 g coconut oil, melted
100g almonds
30 g coconut chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
50 g dried goji berries

preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Place all ingredients (except the dried goji berries) in a large bowl and mix. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread evenly. Bake in the hot oven for about 20 minutes - turning a few times. Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely. Carefully mix in the dried goji berries and store the finished granola in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
