Ananas Smoothie

Properly prepared, a smoothie is a real filler. When prepared correctly, a smoothie like this puts you in a really good mood. When combined correctly, a smoothie is a real treat for the palate. And if you're looking for a really delicious, summery and wholesome smoothie, you don't have to search Google - you've come to the right place. Have fun “sipping”.

Ingredients for a smoothie:

1/4 pineapple
1 mango
3 apricots
3/4 banana
3 tbsp 3Bears Porridge Exotic fruits
1 tbsp agave syrup

Toppings:
Chia seeds
linseed
Coconut chips
3Bears Porridge Exotic fruits
1/2 apricot
1/4 banana

Preparation:

  1. Puree the smoothie ingredients in the blender.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl (or into a peeled pineapple) and decorate with the toppings.

Hallo liebes 3bears-Team,

die Overnight Oats Gläser sind sooo toll und auch die Schale mega. Nachdem meine Bestellung ganz schnell ankam, habe ich mich schon durch die Mohnige Banane ubd die Schoko Variante probiert. Was soll ich sagen. Ich liebe es! Vielen Dank und weiter so. LG Suzi
