Ingredients for 2 people:
100 g 3Bears Porridge Poppy Banana
300 ml oat drink (unsweetened)
1 teaspoon edible lavender flowers
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp blueberries
Toppings:
1 tbsp blueberries
1 tbsp hazelnut kernels
2 tbsp Skyr
1 teaspoon edible lavender flowers
preparation
- Mix the porridge with oat drink, lavender flowers and lemon juice and cook according to the basic recipe . Wash and halve all blueberries, including those for the topping. Fold in half of the blueberries.
- For the topping, roast the hazelnuts in a small pan without fat, then chop roughly. Divide the porridge between two bowls. Decorate with remaining blueberries, skyr, lavender flowers and chopped hazelnuts.
