The combination of a thin, crispy base, a juicy cheesecake cream and the fruity strawberry sauce is simply unbeatable. We turned the sinful dessert into a nutritious breakfast: Cheesecake Overnight Oats. We replace the crispy base with a layer of crispy granola. The quark layer is reminiscent of the juicy cheesecake and we don't do without the strawberry sauce in our cheesecake overnight oats. Our fruity strawberry overnight oats form the basis. Don't worry - our Noble Strawberry Overnight Oats are ready in just 10 minutes and don't have to be put in the fridge overnight.

Cheesecake overnight oats recipe

Ingredients

For 2 servings:

100 g overnight oats noble strawberry

200 ml milk or plant-based drink

1 handful of granola

250 g quark

250 g fresh strawberries

First, the overnight oats are prepared: Mix the overnight oats noble strawberry with milk or a plant-based alternative (e.g. oat drink) in a bowl and let it soak in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, stir the quark with 2-3 tablespoons of water until creamy. The curd becomes particularly creamy if you beat it with a hand mixer for 1-2 minutes.

Wash the strawberries well and remove the strawberry greens. Set aside 3 strawberries for decoration and puree the remaining strawberries.

Now all components are distributed into 2 glasses and layered. Stir the swollen overnight oats and divide them between the two glasses. Now cut the fresh strawberries into thin slices and arrange them along the inner edge of the glasses. Then a layer of granola goes into the glasses. The quark now goes on top of the granola layer. Finally, spread the pureed strawberries over the curd layer. For decoration, you can add some granola and whole strawberries to your cheesecake overnight oats.
