We have found the perfect match. The fruity, nutty note of our Porridge Oil - Apricot Kernel goes perfectly with our Cinnamon Apple Porridge . This not only tastes really nice warm in winter, but also goes really well as overnight oats. The whole thing is then topped with yogurt, caramelized apple pieces and our porridge oil. We promise you, this recipe will definitely become a favorite on your breakfast table. Our apricot kernel oil is also really good for your body: it is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and is full of vitamin E.

Ingredients

50g 3Bears Porridge Cinnamon Apple
100ml oat drink
50g soy yogurt
1 apple
20g erythritol
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp 3Bears Porridge Oil - Apricot Kernel
 

preparation

Mix 3Bears Porridge Cinnamon Apple with liquid in the glass. Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight. Put erythritol in a pan and wait until it becomes liquid. In the meantime, cut an apple into small pieces. Now put the apple in the pan, add the cinnamon and caramelize for 4-5 minutes. Then layer the soy yogurt on the oats and top with cinnamon and 3Bears Porridge Oil - Apricot Kernel.
