Your oven and our baking mix have more work to do with this banana bread than you do. Save overripe bananas from the organic bin and use them for your 3Bears banana bread instead. Go crazy: Bake your banana bread however you want and refine the dough with, for example, coarsely chopped walnuts and dark chocolate for a yummy, chunky crunch in your mouth.

Easy preparation

What you need besides our mix:
For vegan preparation: 300 g ripe bananas (corresponds to approx. 2 large or 3 small bananas), 100 ml plant drink (e.g. oat drink), 60 g neutral oil (e.g. rapeseed oil), 3 tbsp maple syrup
For the classic preparation: 300 g ripe bananas (corresponds to approx. 2 large or 3 small bananas), 2 eggs, 50 g soft butter, 3 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat and grease a loaf tin (approx. 25 cm) well.
Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl with a fork.
Add our baking mix and the remaining ingredients and mix well until a homogeneous dough is formed.
Pour the dough into the greased loaf tin, smooth it out and bake for approx. 50 minutes at 180° C on the middle rack.
Allow to cool in the tin for approx. 10 minutes, then remove from the tin and let cool on a wire rack.

Our tip: If you like it crunchy, add 50 g of coarsely chopped walnuts and/or (vegan) chocolate to the dough in the last step.
