Hearty Bircher Porridge consists of 100% of the best ingredients from organic farming - the fruit content from apples, dates and sultanas makes up over 30%. Whole grain oat and barley flakes, seeds and psyllium add important fiber to the mix. This creates a hearty porridge full of minerals, proteins and unsaturated fatty acids. What you won't find here is industrial sugar and additives.

Easy preparation

Put 50 g of porridge in a pot with 150 ml of plant-based drink, milk or water
Stir well and simmer for a few minutes
