We use true superfoods, straight from nature, for our organic porridge - nutty cocoa: hazelnuts and sunflower seeds are gently roasted so that all unsaturated fatty acids are retained. Cocoa provides proteins for your muscles and the fiber from the oat flakes ensures balanced digestion - that's all you need to start the day well.

Easy preparation

Put 50 g of porridge in a pot with 150 ml of plant-based drink, milk or water
Stir well and simmer for a few minutes
