Our 3Bears Vitamin Porridge gives you both: Take time in the morning for a porridge with your favorite toppings and treat your body to a portion of vitamins for a power start to the day. There are valuable stimulating vitamins in every portion: your immune system is happy about vitamin E, vitamin C and vitamin B12 support the breakdown of fat and carbohydrates, thiamine and vitamin B6 flatter your nervous system and folic acid strengthens your cells. And the best thing about it: our vitamin porridge also tastes wonderfully fresh, like apples and just the right amount of ginger!

Easy preparation

Put 50 g of porridge in a pot with 150 ml of plant-based drink, milk or water
Stir well and simmer for a few minutes
