Springy overnight oats

Easter is just around the corner and this year many of us will most likely celebrate differently than expected. The flight to the Easter holiday is canceled, physical distancing from friends and family means plans are canceled... Your Easter is different - but it will still be with 3Bears #precisely!

Instead of celebrating Easter with the whole family, you may celebrate Easter this year with just the two of you or alone. Do you want your table to be attractive and enjoyable even for a small group without having to bake extensively? Then overnight oats are just the thing! Prepared the evening before, you can start making the topping straight away on Easter morning. There are no limits to your imagination when it comes to toppings - it's not just a pleasure for the palate. Easter is different - we have conjured up slightly different recipes for your Easter brunch for you, let's start with our spring-like overnight oats dream.

For 2 people I Preparation time: 20 minutes I Cooling time: at least 6 hours

Ingredients:

For the overnight oats :
100g 3Bears Porridge Poppy Banana
200ml milk

For the apricot puree:
2 apricots
some vanilla powder
1 tbsp lime juice

For the topping:
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tbsp walnuts
some coconut oil
1 tsp maple syrup

Preparation:

  1. Mix 3Bears Porridge Poppy Banana with the milk in a storage container (or half the amount in 2 3Bears Porridge Overnight Oats glasses ).
  2. Place in the refrigerator and let it soak overnight (at least 6 hours).
  3. For the apricot puree, wash the apricots and cut them into small pieces; Cook together with vanilla and lime juice in a small saucepan for about 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the apricot puree between the porridge glasses.
  5. Roast the nuts in the pan in coconut oil. Add maple syrup and caramelize for a few minutes. Pour into the two porridge bowls.
