"This fabulous recipe with the 3Bears Kerniger Classic variety has no frills, no refined sugar and no need for perfection.

That's the beauty of a Kaiserschmarrn, it always tastes delicious, but it can look like a failed pancake - perfectly imperfect, maybe that's why I like this recipe so much...

My clean eating mission and the porridge from 3Bears looked for each other and found each other. First of all, all key data were checked - can I find any additives, does it contain sugar, is it a natural product and how suitable is it for everyday use. Test passed! I was really excited about how delicious it was and, above all, how diverse. I had no choice but to give my beloved breakfast an update.

Of course, you can also use other types of fruit or fruit puree. Since the sun is finally shining, I love the bright red strawberries."

The recipe

Serving: 1 Kaiserschmarrn Time: approx. 20 min

You need:

  • 30 g 3Bears Crunchy classic
  • 25 g wholemeal spelled flour
  • 10 g coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 65 ml rice milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom syrup (for the pan)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (for the pan)
  • 100g fresh strawberries
  • optional: 100 g low-fat quark with cinnamon

That's how it's done:

  1. Beat the egg and the pinch of salt with a hand mixer until frothy.
  2. Add the coconut blossom sugar and beat again.
  3. Then add all the other ingredients and mix the dough again.

4. If the dough is quite liquid, let it rest for about 10 minutes.
5. During this time, cut the strawberries into small pieces and put a teaspoon of coconut oil and a tablespoon of coconut blossom sugar in a coated pan.

6. Leave both in the pan and add half of the strawberries.

7. Then mix the dough again and pour it into the pan.

8. Turn your stovetop down to medium heat. As soon as your Kaiserschmarrn has set a bit, turn it over and cut it into pieces.

9. Now it's time to serve. The hot Kaiserschmarrn is served with fresh strawberries and, if desired, a dollop of low-fat quark. I stirred the low-fat quark with a little rice milk until smooth and refined it with cinnamon.
